Returns & Refunds
All of our wallpapers are printed on demand, ensuring that each product is uniquely crafted for your space. Due to this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged or defective wallpaper, we will arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you. The following conditions apply:
•The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery.
•Damage caused during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.
•You must inspect the product before installation, as we are not responsible for any defects or issues that arise due to improper handling or application.
•We do not cover additional costs such as labor, extra materials, or reinstallation fees.
•Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible.
